Our work began with one clear idea: people thrive when support feels personal. Today, we collaborate with schools, service providers, volunteers, and neighbors to make that support visible and accessible.

FOUNDER AND PRESIDENT

Adrea is the founder and president of Impact Humanity, a nonprofit dedicated to strengthening single-parent families through access to essential resources, advocacy, educational support, and meaningful community connection.

Impact Humanity began with a simple yet powerful effort—providing backpacks and school supplies at a community resource-style event—and has grown into a collaborative network of schools, nonprofit partners, and community organizations committed to long-term, generational impact.

Raised by a strong Black woman who emphasized education, morals, and principles, Adrea experienced both rebellion and resilience firsthand. After navigating significant personal challenges, she earned degrees in Criminal Justice and Psychology and Business Management with a focus on nonprofit organizations.

Today, Adrea channels those lived experiences, discipline, and education into community-driven leadership—working to ensure families receive immediate support while gaining pathways to stability, dignity, and opportunity.
